Structural principle of the
rounded sludge scraper
The
rounded sludge scraper is a central drive rotary type. The output shaft
coupling of the driving device drives the central shaft and also drives the
scraping arm bracket and the floating trash scraping arm to rotate
simultaneously. The scraping plate scrapes deposited mud on the surface of the
bottom of the pool while moving along with the rotation of the arm bracket and
slowly pushes the mud to the hollow at the center of the pool. The sludge will
then be discharged out of the pool by gravity. The rounded sludge scraper
operates automatically and continuously 24 hours a day.
